I need help with this Capricorn guy. He's always looking at me, but he never approaches me. When im around, he's always quiet and watching me. O_O. I remember one time I was with my friends and he was with his friend he asked his friend why we were there. I was like.......okay, because my friends had heard him saying it. I don't really know what his reason for staring at me is especially if he acts as if he doesn't even notice me. He very confusing, and me being a Pisces is hard to go up and speaking to a crush you have am I right. I'm kinda quiet myself. Could that be why he's so reluctant to approach me?
