Like cut of a limb to stop you being able to move from the desk etc? Maybe not but that's the sort of drastic I need....lol
actually im probably thinking of cutting off a limb because I have an injured ankle that keeps pretending to get better and tonight it decided to have a relapse 😢
hope you guys can push away those dark clouds... I know it is no fun to feel low in energy and detached from responsibilities. But I guess... we all need the occasional ME Time 🙂
