I can't count the number of times I've heard people say things along the lines of: " Wow, you really aren't afraid to take initiative, responsiblity and you're so capable, you really thought all of this up yourself?! Nooo, really?! I would've never thought that of you". Okay, enough self adulation.😉😄

My own examples:
1. My Cap co-worker and I had been flirting for months at work and through text here and there. I was super drawn to him, but he seemed like a player and I had too much going on with my life to have any drama with it. One day, a Saturday, I stayed cuz I needed to work late. My ride had to leave and they asked our boss if she could give me a ride. I noticed my Cap hanging around... late... on a Saturday... As I was working, UNBENOUNCED to me, he told my boss that HE was going to give me a ride home!! Which he never did take me home- he took me to his father's birthday dinner, then the mall to buy some shoes, then his house, and to family party. I never made it home that night. It was unforgettable. I guess he saw his opening and took it!
2. A couple months into dating my co-worker Cap, I broke it off. He seemed too unsure and I didn't have time for that. I was having issues with my roommate for awhile. Three weeks after the breakup, my Cap ended up calling me- telling me how much he missed me and I admitted I missed him too but told him we could be together. I then told him of recent drama with my roommate that day and things were BAD. The next day he came to work, told me I'm going to move into his cousin's house, to get me out of that bad roommate situation, who just that week came to have a room for rent. Which I did. He came over a lot and made it nearly impossible for me not to get back together with him! LOL!
