I'm assuming you already tried getting your birth certificate.

If you can find out at least around what time you were born, then I think this could help.

Once you know your ascendant, you can test-create charts until you get one with your ascendant. You won't get a very accurate reading, but it's better than nothing I guess. You can check your Moon sign as well and see if it fits your personality.

If that doesn't work, then try googling "natal chart rectification" or something like that.
