I had this crazy dream after me and my boyfriend had broke up. We were sitting in a room when his sister came in. His sister told him she was going to tell Tiffany on him.
I asked who seh was. He told me it was his new girlfriend. I got teary eyed and asked him "WHY?" He went on and on about how perfect she was and how she shows him she cares and how i don't care and other complaints about how I treat him.
So the whole time he was telling me these things, I kept trying to tell him how I felt. I tried to tell him that I do care, but I could speak. It was like I kept trying to open my mouth, but i couldn't.
And while I kept trying he kept complaining. IT WAS SO ANNOYING! I woke up irritated.
I read in magazines and things, that alot of times your dreams are trying to make you realize something. So I looked in up in this Dream interpretation site. They didn't have this particular dream.
So what do ya'll think this dream was trying to say?
Also, I have lots of dreams about falling out of a kitchen chair then after I fall I end up falling off of a cliff.
First of all, yes. I do believe that most dreams are telling you something. And no, I've never had those dreams. Buuuuut:
For your first dream, the fact that you were talking to your ex-boyfriend about his insecurities, probably has to do with the insecurites you felt yourself facing during your relationship. Like, maybe you felt like you weren't showing him how much you cared when you could have, etc. The dream might not have let you speak because it wanted you to hear what your ex had to say. Also: "To dream that you are mute, indicates that you are afraid to say something for fear of being criticized or judged. There may also be a situation in your waking life that has left you speechless," though that doesn't quite fit with what you've said. These are just guesses, by the way.
For your second dream: Chair: "To see a chair in your dream, symbolizes your need? to sit down and take time out to contemplate a situation before proceeding." Cliff: "To dream that you or someone falls off a cliff, suggests that you are go through some difficult times and are afraid of that is ahead for you. You fear that you are not up for the challenge. " Falling: "As with most common dream themes, falling is an indication of insecurities, instabilities, and anxieties. You are feeling overwhelmed and out of control in some situation in your waking life. [...] Falling dreams also often reflect a sense of failure or inferiority in some circumstance or situation. It may be the fear of failing in your job/school, loss of status, or failure in love. [...] According to Freudian theory, dreams of falling indicate that you are contemplating giving into a sexual urge or impulse. You maybe lacking indiscretion.."
Soo, this probably means that you are feeling insecure for something upcoming (a deadline... something like that.) or maybe an event that you are unsure of. The dream is telling you that although you are afraid and possibly feeling a sense of failure, you need to consider all possibilities or situations.
Again, these are just guesses. If you have any more, I recommend www.dreammoods.com It has a dictionary for objects, and then gives you a lot of information on dreams like falling or flying.

1. Your dreaming mind has access to information that is not readily available to you when you are awake. Your dreams may reveal your secret desires and subconscious feelings.
