I want to get really toned this summer. I've also been trying yoga. I used to go to Bally's but now its a hot mess. Now I work out at a health center not far from me.
Run every morning between 6-8 am, varies from time to time. Hit the weights every other day and spar every weekend for 2 hours. I don't like to sit still. I'm working out right now hahahaha.
I walked over to the grocery today...needed to pick just a few items. Some strong FORCE made me go down the frozen food isle (I very rarely go down thatta way) and to my suprise *:* I saw Ben & Jerry's pints on sale....buy one get one FREE!!!!! Yes, I pondered and pondered and then I came to the realization that it has been a very long time since I have been with two men. I grabbed them (Half-Baked) they were, right outta the freezer and into my cart they went.
My excerSIZE was walking back home and lifting the spoon from the container to my mouth....whew, that was some work - think I broke a slight sweat.
Not sure what tomorrow will bring as far as exercising.....most likely I will be surprising myself again.
Gym 3-4 times a week depending on how I feel, and I try to go swimming once a week. Other than that I'm usually out clubbing at the weekend so I get a good workout from shaking my shammy on the dancefloor. 😛
I keep meaning to try yoga though, or pilates I've heard that's really good for strengthening and toning the body/
I like that word shammy lol! Thats a new one me Thetis. On a serious note I'm trying LL COOL J's Platinum workout. I'm not going to lie its hard as hell to follow, but I love a challenge. Wish me luck!
