Leo males and trying to make the giril jealous

Is it typical for the Leo male to try to make you jealous. I am usually not a jealous person so I am not sure why this gets to me so much; however, I find that when Mr. Leo and I hang out with his friend and girlfriend he is overly talkative with her almost flirty. I will notice if he thinks it is bothering me at all he will lean more towards me or grab my hand...but I am just curious if it is typical for the Leo males to try to get a rise out of the girl they are dating. It is kind of annoying however I do not let it show that he is bothering me with it.

although recently a similar situation occurred between my boyfriend and i, and i moved closer to him and held his hand as reassurance. i wasn't trying to make him feel jealous; i was trying to be friendly and pleasant to the other guy. but i could tell he was a bit uncomfortable (for whatever reason, though i didn't think it should have), so i wanted to show him without words that he had nothing to worry about.

Mind games and manipulation are more out of the water signs playbook. It's very rare that you see a Leo doing it. My best guess is he's just trying to be friendly/flirty. Leos love it when people admire them. They're very extraverted and often like to be the life of the party (even if it's only a few people).

If he stops when he notices it's bothering you, then that means he cares about how you see him. If he didn't have feelings for you, I think he would have just kept going.

Leos only do the making you feel jealous thing if they're trying to find out where they stand.

4 months...He didn't really stop but more leaned towards me scooting his chair closer and held my hand while he continued the conversation. I felt like he could tell so he tried to comfort me a little! But I feel why carry it on at all??

And I can see his face light up when he gets compliments...he is very talented and like to show his talent off for sure!

Yeah compliments are a huge deal for Leos. It's a fundamental need to know that our hard work (not just in the traditional sense, but also things that are mentally/emotionally taxing) is recognized by others. As long as the compliment is genuine, a little bit really goes a long way.

Other signs misunderstand the Leo's actions and think that we are secretly insecure and have to seek validation from everyone - Not true in my experience. The key is WHO we seek it from. Compliments matter the most coming from those we love and care about; those who are closest to us.

Yeah we love to show off, but the difference between Leo and Aries is, as long as we're still in spotlight, we'll bring you into the sunshine with us ~_^

**Special note: If he ever fucks up, give him a chance to make it up to you. Leos hate the idea of a "true loss" (something you can't recover from or redeem yourself). We tend to try to fix things up and make them better than they were before.
