Being as my biological mother is a Leo, I've noticed the frustrations she experienced with Saturn being in Leo for 2 years. Saturn will be leaving Leo in September... Yeaaaaa! I'm definately happy because Saturn rules Capricorn and this has not been a happy trine. Saturn is very strict and always wants to teach us some ish that we aren't ready to learn.
So I wonder if you've noticed how Saturn has tested Leo? I also have a Leo associate who lost everything and is in the process of rebuilding her life in positive ways.
I remember when Saturn's return was in Capricorn for 2 years 2003-2005. It felt as though I was walking through molassess for two years. My life changed dramatically, but I gained a lot of knowledge and self resiliance.
This is a great post, CM! The past 2 years have been difficult in the sense of knowing that everything you're doing will take root and develop later but it seems like a lot of work and some soul-searching!
The last two years have been very strict for me and my career. I graduate from college and it was very very hard for me because of the intensity of the major I was in. Overall, I have made a new transformation from the strict Saturn, but there were strict guidelines to suceed.

Hey Krobe, yeah... that's what Saturn will do. Congratulations on making the transition. It will show up in your sign and then MAKE YOU do stuff that you've been wanting or not sure that you can do.
Saturn will push a person to finish unfinished business.
I agree. I am learning a lot of things - learning from past mistakes - transformation. I'm practicing surrender & release. Also sadhana accelerates karma - I'm going through a lot of purification. Letting go of the old and making room for the new.
That's Great Lioness, you've handled Saturn very well.

To Leo/Cap Annoyed: Yeah, it is... but lucky for you, it's almost over and you'll be in a better place. When Saturn was in Cancer (which really affected Capricorns).. I was 29-30 y/o and also experiencing Saturn's return.. which happens between the ages of 29-30 or so. It was the most trying time in my life. It was difficult. But everything will take root and develop later just as it has for me. It's great that you hung in there.
i'm really not familiar with this whole "saturn" stuff, but it's funny that you bring that up because 2003-2005 was the hardest years of my life, i used to drink alcohol almost daily to deal with pressure and i lost heaps of confidence from being verbally abused daily, it was in 2005 that i left school and i'm seeking help now, i'm now in college and on the right track, just re-building my life and getting my confidence back!
this saturn shizzle sounds real bad though, it's like your life does a complete 360 when it comes! does anyone know when saturn will be back? i hope it's not any time soon cos my life's just starting to get good! lol
