people i need advice how to study for SAT

please i am a 17 years old man who want to study for that test SAT but, i have some problems to get high scores in writing and reaading i someone to tell me how to solve them and be perfect please help me. if i didn'y get the mark i want i will be in a deeep shit and my life will be in catastrophy
