It seems that the issue with my mom disolved. It has been a whole month since I spoke to her, but I noticed that she's been trying. Last night, when I got home from my evening class around 8pm. To my surprise, she waited up for me to come home, just so I could get my dinner. I did hesitate to talk just a bit, but then I spoke alittle and just went with things.I really do hate the flippant ways the nature of my relationship is with her, but it won't be too long before I be on my way. I just got to hold on a bit longer and resist what she throws at me. As for other things, my friend, Jesse is preparing for a Brazilian Jujitsu tournament this Saturday in Georgia. He has been training for this for nearly 3 weeks now. Everything that he's into isn't just a mere hobby. I mean, he's commited to his love for his band's music, fittness, surfing and jujitsu. I have alot of respect for him for that because it's admirable. When he gets into something, he really gets consumed into it. (That's awesome.) So, with his Brazilian Jujitsu tournament coming up this weekend, this past Tuesday when I saw him, I gave him a Silver Pocket Stone with "FAITH" engraved onto it. I wanted to show him in a meaningful way that I truly believe in him and have faith that he can do just about anything he pursues. When I gave it to him, he said, "What is it?" I told him what it was and when I told him that I believed in him, his eyes did that thing again. (You know, with the pupils?) They got so big as he was looking at me. He said, "Thank You." I had to cut the moment short and leave for a delivery. When I got in my car, Jesse stood there for a moment looking at me, then he turned around to go back inside the store, but then he looked back for a second glance, just before I started the ignition, then I left.
