Its a site for a free birthchart - I find it rather resourceful myself - just type in the right info it asks for and voila! It gives you a detailed description of the different aspects of that persons personality - allowing you to get a better feel for what that person is like on the inside - for instance - the sign that persons planet is related to indicates a certain aspect of their personality and the sign they're most relative to in that perspective - moon signs are the sign that express how a person is like on the inside - their venus sign expresses the sign they're relative to in love and romance - mercury means the sign they communicate like - mars is their energy level - Saturn is the sign they work like - etc. It may sound confusing as it may not be easy to catch on with everyone - but its rather informative and precise in my experiances using it.
