I suggest reconsidering about those, but you got some good stuff.

why?

Dedicated leaders are bad too, because if there are leaders, there are followers, and followers are baaaad. Enlightened individuals, universal communism, this is the way (utopic way, of course). Words can't hurt, and words are cheap. Actions speak louder than words. Unless you mean that you can beat up someone with your strong tongue.
And i don't feel the need to get into the jesus stuff. 😉

People only follow ideas. Leaders are just tools for reaching it.

When you follow, you aren't making your own path. I'm not gonna trust somebody else's path and ideas, i'll make my own, and maybe they'll end up being similar and we'll all end up in the same place. Usually, i end up really really far from "people".

People follow ideas only. Leaders too. If you do not have same idea with your leader, then he is not your leader. Leaders only plot the course. They do not bring you new idea. Which falls into reality that there is literally no real leaders. Only team mates. I still questioning the meaning of being leader. But most of the time it falls on point that leaders are generally the ones who constitue discipline and make sure that everyone is still in check of the idea for what people come there.

The way I see it is...each one of us is correct in our thoughts reason being, we do not really see things as they are - we see them as WE are.
