Pisces and Gemini - Deep question

I'm a pisces (no cusp) but i'm not an ordinary one. i've overcome a lot of disadvantages that come with the pisces personality. My gemini girl seems to be different from other gemini as well. Of course, she cares about her freedom and sometimes values her friends and family over me and sometimes i question where exactly i stand with her emotionally. I'm not one to keep my feelings and thoughts bottled inside. I tell her as quickly as they arise. I explain to her why I am the way I am and why I need so much assurance and she does her best to give me that. There have been a few tough times and bumps in our relationship but it's all because she creates an atmosphere of mistrust for me because she's a gemini. After she gave me the assurance to relax and trust her we started settling again.

Bottom line, we're in love even though we're not compatible. I feel like I've "adapted" to her when i shouldn't. After thinking about this, I researched souls and past lives and read something about how you can vow to never love anyone else ever again and that vow carries on to your next lives.

My real question here is, does this vow apply even if your signs are not compatible? For example, my relationship: I feel that we have been in love in a past life because we have such a strong connection. Is this possible? I'm not asking if you believe in reincarnation or not, I'm asking if reincarnation DID exist, would this be able to happen? But then I doubt myself and relate my strong love with her to me just being a pisces. You know, like if I had developed a relationship with someone else I might feel the same way.

I'm telling you, it's something that is binding you and her but I'm saying it's not because of some reincarnation shit but it's found somewhere in your charts. For example, I am a Pisces with a Gemini moon and an Aries ascendant, my girlfriend is a Gemini with a Sagittarius moon and a Cancer ascendant. My Pisces needs are met with her Cancer ascendant, and luckily her South node is also in Cancer so she naturally takes care of me with her maternal

spirit. My Gemini moon matches her quick thinking and boredom, and my Aries ascendant keeps her on her toes (most of the time, when I'm not being an emotional SOB) and also I really enjoy her optimism in the relationship due to her Sagittarius moon. She could very well end up hurting you, I KNOW its hard but your like chalk and cheese she will hate everything you like and vice versa. I hope it works because nobody can say for sure it won't work out. Its Astrology does tells us why it can't work. If it don't work out then move ON quickly WHY? because she will. As a Pisces with a Gemini moon and ascendant, I would say that anything can work, but is it worth the trouble? I was in a relationship with a Gemini, against my better judgment and it was just too much misunderstanding. We just never really understood how each other saw and viewed things. I would believe something was very important, whereas to him it was trivial. He didn't understand my emotions and was always so aloof about a lot.

I'm not saying that Gemini's and Pisces can't work, but to me a relationship with another person should be a haven of sorts, I found no solace with a Gemini.

Oh, cloudy, i don't know the exact time of her birth cause it might be weird asking her, but i just used 12 pm and she has a leo rising and a capricorn moon. i have a scorpio rising and a virgo moon. i'm guessing the capricorn is what keeps us together. and thanks for that site, it looks like my whole chart is really balanced between the signs. i'm happy with them.

I get very optimistic when i read successful pisces-gemini posts, and ive been reading a LOT about them! Im a gemini girl dating a pisces man! I can see why some astrologers say wer a bad match, us gemini being very fast and quick in our communication and expression, while pisces are very sensitive and can be hurt by the gemini, when she didnt mean it at all. I dont who who said said it here in this thread, but a gemini girl said we geminis ARE emotional, we just dont express it as much, we do by hint and gestures (which is actually the way pisces show emotions too), both pisces and geminies are mutable and adaptable, and willing to please and change and mold for the other. The gemini in me loves learning new things and adore observing human behavior, i find myself willing to adjust myself to the people i deal with. SO now that im dating this pisces man, only for two months now, im handling him accoridng to what i know about him, him being so shy sensitive and moody. So if he does that awful disappearing act again, i wouldnt nag or cling, why? Because i understand where hes coming from, he doesnt like to come out of the waters unless he feels good and is ready to be seen and socialize, he doesnt wana people see his dark side, his moody side, his blunt depressed nature. Personally, i find the flipside alarming as well. Gemini people are optimistic and cheery, we do get depressed and moody as well just like pisces, but there must be a gooood reason behind it, it doesnt happen every other day like it does with a pisces, geminis are decisive, pisces are not (which is ok for a gem, since wer good in explaining things to people and letting them see many perspectives for them to choose from and make a decision accordingly).

Hey leelaa thanks for the responses. Yeah I ended it. It was about to be 5 months and I think we're about to get back together. I understand everything you said. My Scorpio rising lets me lead the relationship. I'm not a sensitive ball of emotions, I'm somewhat "strong".

I think to make a Pisces-Gemini couple really work, both need to UNDERSTAND each other completely so they can try to meet each others needs or adapt to each other, otherwise it's just a mess. I don't nag her a lot like you mentioned, in fact she nags ME a lot sometimes.

The main problem is my Pisces nature makes me want to do everything with this girl. Pisces will breathe another person if they let us. We want to spend as much time as possible with them. Some signs like this, but Geminis, not so much. I've learned to relax on that part because Geminis are REALLY caught up in their own freedom and independence.

Oh and they also should have a compatible moon or rising sign. My girl has Scorpio rising (just found out, not Leo) and a Capricorn moon so... that will help a lot too.

Ok, your Pisces might be a bit immature. Or maybe that's how it's supposed to be. I wouldn't know since I'm only comparing to myself. I'm assuming you two are 18 or over so he should understand himself by now. It seems your roles are kind of flipped. You're initiating texts and asking him out? My Gemini will almost never do that. I remember being like that when I liked her a long time ago. I was shy after I admitted to liking her and I'd be quiet around her a lot.
