Venus Retrograde

Are we supposed to tread lightly regarding friendships and relationships? Because I certainly am not. I confronted my Taurus coworker, who I consider a friend, about some nonsense crap he was talking about me and encouraging others to use me for my money because "I'm loaded and don't care about money" ummmmm no. Well I confronted him and we went at it, because I always buy him drinks at work because I am being nice. Plus it is very dry in the workplace so I understand everyone gets thirsty due to the environment. We are alright now, but it was an interesting and quite explosive quarrel.

The day before the Taurus situation, my Aqua friend demanded to know why I was leaving work early and then blamed ME for him not eating and said it was my fault....EXCUSE ME? YOU HAVE A VEHICLE, USE IT. I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE. I let it slide because he was at the workplace with me and I keep control at work. You have to for god's sake. Making a scene is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I was fuming internally.

The same day (yesterday) I confronted the Taurus, I got really wired and confronted the Aqua too. He is always a bit combative, but normally it is all in good fun. I love arguing and competition myself, so that's what makes us get along plus other factors. But if you are going to order me around and demand to know what I am doing....no....the line is drawn there, along with blaming me for you not eating. So I just told him, "if you don't respect me, I don't respect you. Friends do not berate each other in public and throw temper tantrums and blame them for the fact that they did not eat that day. I don't know if I could be friends with someone like that." at first...I don't think he knew what to say, but he did apologize and scrambled to make a comeback. I have not since replied, but I will eventually when I know what to say.

However, upon reading, I have read that we are not supposed to make such combative and rash decisions. However, I think what I said to each of them needed to be said. Normally my Libra rising always wants to play nice with others...but I am not a doormat. Is it normal for everyone to be so combative/quarrelsome during venus in retrograde? I am normally peacekeeper, a pushover even, but I needed to go off.

This has been a whirlwind the past two months. I am normally never this dark and foreboding. That's how I would describe my current moods. Actually because of my more Scorpio displayed traits it has been making me a bit sad, because I normally hate displaying them. I work hard to cover them up and be the peacekeeper but oh lord....there is this heaviness over me that started somewhere shortly after the 4th of July. Once Venus got into retrograde....lord rest my weary soul.

Interesting.... Maybe that's what it is. I always try to believe in the good of everyone usually to my own fault. If Neptune in retrograde lifts that veil then it makes sense that I am seeing what I fail to see normally. Well of course I see everything happening but I normally try to brush it under the rug to avoid conflict.

As for the heaviness, it is hard to describe. Maybe even like a darkness just laying dormant (or not dormant) inside which pollutes my thoughts and actions. People are so used to walking on me (god that sounds pathetic) that when I do finally lash out like I did recently, they are unsure of how to deal with it. with my Virgo moon I usually stifle emotions anyways.

It is 0.9'42" in Sag.

I have always wondered if that makes it more prominent or less. I have read about the 29th degree but never 0. I read on what Women with Mars in Scorpio vs. Mars in Sag prefer on cafeastrology, and I can relate to both. When I took a class, we determined my chart shows I tend to attract cruel/dark men. Which is true, but I find interest in them. Much to my own disarray. But I like them to be independent and someone to admire too.



My Venus is also 0 degrees in Scorp. I have found traits of both Libra and Scorp in my ways of going in to love. BUT this may not at all be relevant. However, upon reading on Venus in Scorp, I never have felt possessive of my significant other. Jealousy? Yes, but I try to rationalize and control it and find the logical background.

Ok....before I go off on a random tangent I will leave it at this. LOL.

You are making it up😉 hehe. If it eases your mind any, whenever I go to shopping malls near prom season, I am always asked if I will be dress shopping even though I am well into college. LOL. I will be 22 on Nov 9.

Okay, that is what I was wondering. If it makes you more or less of that placement in 0 degrees. Good to know! And how ironic...my Aqua friend is the fiery one. His aggressive behaviors bring it out in me as well. I hang around a lot of Leos, Aquas, Aries, Libras, & Geminis. Those are my major friends sun signs. The Leos are always confrontational and same with the Aqua I confronted in particular. My Aries friends aren't afraid either. 🙂

I am still a bit timid to aggression. But, I have been better at it minus this past explosion LOL. Normally it is less....sporadic.

Sounds like some straightening was in order, retrograde or not. Like tiziani, I don't tend to put off decisions due to the astrological climate (unless it's a REALLY expensive electronic one during mercury retrograde, I'm not fooling with that). Sometimes, things just need to be said and done, never mind what planet is in whose house.

I contacted an old friend I hadnt talked to in 10 years...it's weird but pretty good...we had bad fights near the end, back then...
Maybe it's cause im older, i use these things to patch up old business. When I was in my 20's I probably went apesheet during retrogrades.
