But seriously, the constitution doesn't say anything specifically about the seperation of church and state. That was just a precedent set by the Jeffersonian administration. The only thing we have to judge this difficult issue with is the very broad first amendment. OK, so the freedom of religion is protected, but now how far do we go to enforce that? There's some really interesting court cases surrounding the issue. There's one envolving a native american who wanted to be allowed to smoke hashish because in his religion the smoking of hashish was believed to allow contact with ancestral spirits. I believe he lost that case.

Yes freebird?in my experience everyone that admit about (their love to themselves, being accused to be a kind of arrogant) that?s why I?ve said in advanced that I am not an arrogant or self- busy type..!! as long as you are quite about it its o.k. "but once you?ve mention it" it gives an image "most of the time the wrong one".. of course you are a great lady with a lots of wisdom, but some may get it wrong..

btw.. whats Hooka..?? you Americans got a lot of strange stuffs...hehe.. as far as I know hookah is a smoking gadget and when I was in Egypt tried it once...(cant stand the smell of the RAW tobaco's).

As for the (special smoking)to use with. I have tried weeds once or twice too...but they have very bad effect on my head (same goes for a alcohol)so.... I stick with my normal Cigarettes...nasty habbit,I know...I am working on it.
