Leo crushing on a scorpio

Iv been crushing on a scorpio for 2 years now and i bet he knows but will never mentiot and will just play around me, he is anything but a nice guy and he always says mean things to me (im one year older) and would joke about how much i like him. But even though i do! ( im a leo) i kinda get pissed by it and fight with him but then i come back and talk with him like nothing happened (lets say im in a love hate kinda thing—) he is really someone i admire but im having proplems showing him how i really feel, he stood up me and all, but here is the thing. 1- i ignored him for 5 month and he acted it like it was nothing then i told him i muted it him from twitter and he got mad and blocked me there
2- he talks about me with his "friends" but normally not something good. Just laughing about something i did
Two years ago one of his girlfriend said that im a bitch bc i talk to him alot (she was feeling a bit of
jealousy) and he did not laugh this time and got pissed over her. And the same thing happened when my best friend fought with me . I kinda hate it bc he is just a jerk and then he is nice with me and caring behind my back or so
Its a long shot thats he likes me right? I know, But really what should i do to make him takes me seriously? (as a person not a lover or a girl) im just sick of the laughting And even if i talked and sounded seriouse he will just make a lame joke about how un cool i sound or whatever, maybe bc im leo i hate being ignored and looking down to? In the end even though this person is a complet ass i love him so much
