Hello fabulous Scorpios!
I have a few questions for you. I redid my birth chart today with actual time of birth and found out my rising sign is Scorpio and I thought it was Leo.
What does this mean? In my chart it said that some may be intimidated by my intensity and I think this is true. I always wonder why I don't get approached as much when I am out but I do great on my dating site. I was thinking this may make sense b/c the men from the dating site I have had communication exchanges with before we meet and it goes wonderfully but when I am out my friends they always get approached and I don't have as much luck. They are very beautiful granted but they are always telling me that I am as well. This just has me wondering. 😛

I also would like to know if you know if the famous Scorpio stare might apply b/c I have been told that I do this intense stare and that people feel like I am looking into their soul or as the Virgo I dated described it as "bewitching eyes".

This is likely due your age, maybe, if for no other reason than people may assume you are ALREADY in a committed relationship OR you "don't commit". If they are looking for commitment, then you are interpreted as a non-target.
Of course if you just want a "fling" - maybe you should do the approaching if you spend a lot of time to look good.
You may be intimidating to men your age. Of course, if you turn-down most of those who DO approach, then you are
just an attention-soaker and also not worth it - they know they'll be turned-down and feel rejected. So ...

As for the stare ... IF you are talking about "strangers" and not people who know you...

That may make people a little nervous - and be interpreted as the "crazy chick" stare.
What may go through their mind is:
"+35, looks good, spends time to do so, is alone - MUST BE crazy - stay away"
(When in truth you are just very misunderstood and used to being used and hurt, I'd say.)

Maybe try a little shyness. Let your eyes fall to the floor, or turn away
and back again. Break the stare.

Also that stare could be interpreted as "looks that kill"

...that is, people may think you hate them - angry at them.

i am sure you have scorpio traits 😄 but then again, having three essential signs in water - not easy 😉 but worth it.

Yeah, no wonder I am so dang emotional and I always feel what others are feeling and can definitely sense someone's true feelings even when they are trying to hide them. It can be hard and that would explain why I have been misunderstood throughout my life.
I like who I am though so it's all good in the neighborhood...lol. 😉

Thanks for the input scorpiopics. I don't use the stare on strangers, it's been friends that have noticed it. I don't turn down men who ask me to dance b/c I figure if they had to work up the courage to come and ask then I am going to oblige them. I do take care of myself and I always have a smile on my face b/c I am usually laughing and joking with my friends so I don't know. I don't think I come off as crazy or desperate since I am neither...lol.
Well, who knows. It's not like it really matters anyway b/c I don't have to meet someone out as I prefer to get to know someone a little first anyways like through emails and talking. When you meet in clubs you just don't know a thing about them so you don't know what you might be getting into. 😉
I like the dating sites or meeting people through friends so that I have an idea if we would gel together beforehand.
