Scorpio making honey where they make their money?

I didn't think Id find my way to the scorpio board but seem to have from nowhere gotten the attention of a younger Scorp (younger than me). I don't know how long he's been watching (if that's what Scorps do) but he found the right time to approach me, must have taken him quite a bit of thinking because he is incredibly quiet but certainly not shy.

Of course as much as I know about Scorps is that you guys are loyal to those who deserve it, loving, again to those who deserve it and I know you are very seductive, sexual beings and his eyes (never really looked into them until he started talking with me) and OMG I am finding it hard to not be under his spell. I don't know what it was that I did to attract him but he's coming on full force.

Now what? I don't even know what I did lol. I enjoy the banter we have and even the innuendos that he springs on me but I don't want a fling, Im not interested in a meaningless office romance either.....I guess what Im asking is do Scorpios normally engage in this sort of thing at work if they have no intention of wanting more? Im not a fan of office relationships so Im extremely cautious and don't want to lead him on if that's all he wants.

Advice would be good and yes I already know office romances are a dangerous liason at the best of times. Id really like to know what is on his mind as he truly has come from nowhere although I have worked with him for the past 2 years but not closely.

I am a Leo and also know that is far from a perfect match astrologically but then I have had relationships with my "perfect astrology signs" and they were disasterous 😛
