hidden is a word used to describe the occult. Clandestine, secret and hidden are words
to describe the occult. google the wikipedia entry for the word "occult", you'll see it there.

When people hide their comments it is because they have chosen to be occultic provocateurs.
It's quite an art, really. But masters of the art, can tell a secret in broad daylight for all to
see and hear. They which are not privy to the secret may engage in occult activities in order to
discover the secret. Sometimes, they find there was nothing there to discover.

^^^ on the other hand, the user who hide the message may be a pirate.
