Soylent Green is about population control.

You may have heard, even seen Oliver Stone's film JFK. What many don't know is that JFK isn't the first film on the subject to present the bold assertions that L. H. Oswald did not act alone and that
there was a conspiracy.

In 1973, a film about the JFK assassination, entitled "Executive Action" was produced.
Starring Burt Lancaster, Robert Ryan (both Scorpios) and Will Geer (The Waltons)

Between 30:00 - 31:16 there is an obscure factoid being presented to the audience to consider
in a monologue given by Robert Ryan. In this scene, Ryan talks about population growth.
Keep global population "550,000,000" which is ironically close to that prescribed on the "Georgia Guidestones" (which was erected in 1980.)
In 1974, Kissinger directed the USNSC to conduct a study entitled "National Security Study Memorandum 200"
