why would you take back a cheater??

-he has cheated before and was told "if you do it again it is over"

I thought you Scorps were more hard core about loyalty than we Arieses..what's the story?

Would it be a self esteem issue - like thinking there is no one else out there or a money issue ie he works and the girl doesn't?

Would a Scorpio rather be in a relationship with a cheater than alone because at least you "have someone"?

I've only been cheated on once that I was aware of and the minute I knew what had happened he was gone. I have a hard enough time trying to trust when they've done nothing wrong in the first place, I don't think I could handle being with someone who has EARNED the reason not to be trusted.

Unless I hated myself.

Well, I believe if a person truly love someone, then they will try to make things work. Of course, that's if the cheater shows to be truly sorry. For me, if i didn't love him, then I would just chunk-up the duces to him; and be out. The sea is full of plenty of fishes, to be making myself sick over someone, that didn't know how to value my affections. And speaking of fishes.....i've never in my life have come close to a pisces male......hmmmm, I wonder how that would turn out?

Took back a cheater once.. for two reasons. 1, financial. I was somewhat dependent on him. 2, he came forward and told me he did it, and that he was very drunk at the time. I had a hard time with that, trying to decide if I should end it or not, since he did come out and tell me. If I'd found out about it on my own, there'd have been no question. Only the financial issue, and that would have just been a matter of time and fanagling things.

Interesting that no one seems to want to be involved with a serial cheater, yet she took him back with no qualms despite her previous insistence that if he did it again he was history. I thought Scorps didn't make threats they weren't happy to follow through on. Shit on a Scorp and you are history type thing....

I thought having kids would make it worse (staying with the cheater) - kids aren't dumb, they would soon figure out that all was not well in the Mom and Dad Dept wouldn't they?

Maybe it is because she is a bit older and is settling for what she can get?
