Nah but I read up on it.. it's a mixture of breathing at the same time with the person with meditation and visualization and not being selfish during sex as well as aligning with the 7 chakras but all of that happens with regular sex .. the chakra alignment, the breathing at the same time, the visualization, the meditation.. it's the same thing but it's just a technique to get the same sense of nirvana.. I could be wrong idk

I think the fundamental difference may be that regular sex culminates in orgasm but tantric withholds it but I’d have to study it more to be sure.

Oh yeah that shit.. 100% of all sex I've ever had was tantric. It's more then just feeling or method. There is a deep spiritual connection that makes it work. Like the dom need to kind of give up ego and pride.
