i have always tried to give others the benefit of the doubt because nobody is perfect...and i forgive very easily, but never without speaking my mind and making it clear that the person messed up it’s me. with that being said maybe this taurus is nervous about it being a work situation and wants to play it cool as to not make things worse than they are, i know how it is to be in an uncomfortable work environment and it is NOT something i like dealing with. just my guess

I’m a Taurus and I personally don’t have a problem with confrontation if I know someone is wronging me, whether it be friend, coworker or family member. I will call them out on it. I don’t put up with other people’s crap.

A coworker of mine is friends with a virgo that is under the disillusion that she is higher in position then we are. I don't put up with her shit, I dismiss her attitude and go about my day. This Taurus on the otherhand.. has been friends with this virgo for a few years, the virgo will talk shit about this Taurus, if the virgo does something wrong she'll blame the Taurus and she doesn't do anything about it, I'm the one constantly sticking up for her, as are other staff members. The Taurus will talk to me about it, how much she hates her, how she regrets the things shes done for the virgo (feels bad when she gets home from work over it.) I'll give her my advice, she wont talk to this virgo for a week and then.. week later shes back to square 1. Shes in her early 20s aswell, perhaps its a young mindset that's causing this.
