Aries with loads of Taurus placed in chart...

To me, this man might as well be a Taurus. He is 20 degrees in Aries, meaning he is very close to cusp of Aries/Taurus.
I sometimes feel like he acts like a Taurus. My question is... because a lot of Taurus in his chart, is he more prone to take
things slow when trying to pursue someone?

I REALLY like but I think his flirtatiousness is more of me reading too much into it. I think he considers me a friend right now which I hate LOL
I guess I'm a little understanding because I'm a Libra and I, too, don't like being rushed.
