I am a true cancer who was seeing a man whose birthday fell on the Taurus/Gemini cusp. He started working at my job and I instantly felt the attraction but was too shy to come out and say anything. Our mutual co-worker, him and I would always go out for lunch. We became closer as the months went by, he was slow to accept going to lunch without our other co-worker but eventually agreed and I opened up a lot more with him and we always had a good time, lots of laughs and chemistry. We went to lunch alone for about two months at least twice a week. We started texting everyday, he would always offer to pay, always opening the door for me, one time when I was highly intoxicated he even came and gave me a ride home. He would compliment me and always be so nice and the way he looked at me was indescribable I've never felt such a connection with just eye contact before. I've never felt so "naked" with anyone before either its like he always knew how I was feeling and what I was thinking and just what I needed in that moment. I asked him on a date and he accepted and seemed very excited about it, we went to the movies and he had his hand open on the arm rest like he wanted me to hold his hand, I put mine as close as possible but couldn't find the courage to actually hold his, so we sat there for an hour and a half just waiting for the other person to make the move. After the date I was way too nervous to even come close to kissing him but he said he had a great time and we texted a lot after the date as well. He then left for another job and the weekend he left I called him and during the conversation I asked if he liked me and he said he did which obviously made me so happy because by this time I've liked him so much for at least 9 months. But afterwards he would only text back a few times which I didn't think to much about because he had just started a new job it wasn't fair to expect much. He had called once more about two weeks later and since then it hasn't been much communication at all and that was almost two months ago. All I get now is casual conversation through text and when I asked if he would like to see me again he ignored me. After a while I asked if he was still interested or if I should move on and he again ignored the question. But he will still text me with casual conversation. He won't give me any answers and the one time I tried calling he sent me to voicemail. I don't know if this is typical Taurus behavior and I should just wait till he's ready or if he just doesn't like me anymore and I should move on.
