Does taurus guys really just like to stare or?

Or is this guy interested in me? I've caught this taurus guy staring at me a lot of times already. I thought this was a sure sign that he is interested in me too. But then, as I did more research on taurus guys, it seems like most taurus really just like to stare at everything.

Whenever I caught him staring at me, he wouldn't look away and just continue staring at me, I even had to do a double take and he is still staring at me. His stare is really penetrating and sometimes it's flattering and sometimes it just gets downright creepy. This happened soo many times already and I'm really confused, is he doing this just because he is a Taurus or is he interested in me? I am hella confused right now.

I stare at everything except other humans, I think it's rude to. So I would definitely take it that he's interested in you.

When they stare it means they find you attractive. Talk to him so you guys will have a mutual bond, this will make him find you interesting.
