Mmmm. What do I do that qualifies as possessive with my significant other.
In mixed company I would touch my man. Stroke an arm, a face. Leave my hand at his back to stroke, doodle. Let it drift down to his rear end. Other covert touching if no one is looking. Raise my face for a kiss.
Take his arm in public, hold his hand. Make it quite plain that he is mine and I'm proud of who I'm with. Pulling him into conversation he might not be in. My eyes seeking him out.
Looking and innocent flirting is alright. But there is a line. I would not blow up in front of anyone and embarrass him in front of anyone. But I will flat out admit that I would voice my displeasure in private. In the car, or at home.
This is actually a question that is more difficult to pin down. Because to me possessive is a good thing, a great thing. It thrills me to bits if man just radiates that "MINE" vibe. Because this woman is doing it too.
And it sings inside. "Mine, mine, mine!"
As I would if another woman were trying to encroach upon what is mine. I would not engage in physical violence like some commoner, but I would raise a brow. Let my eyes flash. And if she was of substandard IQ I would give it voice. Not raising my voice, but really making sure they understood. And that's where it would have to flip to trusting your man to brush off advances. And truly trust.

Possession of a gentler sort. To make sure nest is tidy, meals are well prepared. Palatable. Laughter in the air. In other words, making hearth and home worth coming home too. And carrying it off to the bedroom. Where the real possession begins.

Ooooh, Taurus male is very possessive. Mine wants to know everything! No social networking sites without him knowing about them. And yes, the pda, especially around males who flirt with me or even have the gall to look my way.

Your cousin wants to be with him and at least wants to be introduced or get to know his friends & family. Does your cousin not do this? It's her way of knowing she is in his life in a meaningful way. I'm sure if he gave in a bit, she'd be fine with him doing these things on his own after he's introduced her as his girlfriend. And, men love to blame their girlfriends for why they can't hang out. Great excuse but unfair. You probably don't know the whole story.

yea he introduces her as his girlfriend. story: he had a grad party and his friends & family came down to celebrate; she came over and went straight to his room and tried to keep him in there with her while his people were there for him and when someone brought it up that it was rude of him to stay in the room when he had friends & family there she got an attitude; and instead of coming out and trying to get to know his family and hang out she stayed in the room.

And I don't go off of what he says; instead I've actually had the pleasure (sarcasm) of witnessing her acting a fool when he wants to hang out with his friends, or even his sister. She always wants to be included when he hangs out with his friends, but she gets mad when he tries to include his sister in things.
