not sure what he wants ...

my ex and I broke up two years ago... we remained friends, during these two years we became even better friends than we ever were..
a year ago i moved out of the country, but we stayed in touch...a few times i was visiting i stayed at his place and things became...well intimate...but we never talked about our feelings...
my feelings for him became more deep, and i realized that i love him more than i ever did... i'm again in my home town, staying at his place again..before i came, he texted me with how long will i stay and why so short, and he started sending me kisses and expressing afection like he never did before... i spent one night with him but nothing happened, and he was soo sweet and passionate, and he wanted me really bad... but we couldnt...i went to my parents town and am going back to his place in a few days...in the meantime he doesnt text me ...
he never was a person to show his feelings...
my question is: does he only want to sleep with me or is there a chanse for us?

i am now really confused by his behaviour... he was never so sweet to me before...
i know he will never do anything to hurt me...

We were not close while we were dating.. It came later, i went to some problems, he was there for me it brought us much closer than ever, i can say now that he is one person i trust most.. And us being intimate now brought us close on that level too, couse that was the reason we broke up.. Problems in bed...
He changed after we broke up, he is much more mature, more caring with me, more sweet and romantic, and still strong, simply all i ever wanted in a man..
Trust me if it was any other guy i would have never done something like this.. He is the first guy i came back to.. An ex is an ex for me too.. What and why this happened with him.. I cant say.. I had to leave country couse i got a job in another but that didnt stop us from being close.

A short update on the topic.. I' m back home now.. Had a beautifull 15 days with my ex, it was better than ever.. It brought us closer to eachother even more.. In the end.. I asked him: what would happen to us if i didnt have to go.. He smiled and said: i dont know, its good you are going.. We never talked about it, i really dont know.. It was beautifull for me too.. We still talk to eachother on a daily basis. But not about us 😢 its still hard to let go.. I still love him too much 😢

If I were ever in this similar situation, I would disappear on him. I wont necessarily block him on social media... I will cut off all contacts with him. You shared something beautiful. Obviously it wasnt enough for him. Take it all away. And see if you can get what you want by avoiding contact with him. Just dont give him a direct ultimatum. Give him a chance to know how he would feel if you were out of his life.

its much more complicated than it looks...i would never let myself get into a situation like this if it was any other man...but he is smth special...after we broke up i did make a distance between us...it wasnt enough...after two years, whatever was between us didnt seem to die... i have a feeling he said that couse he didnt want me do change my mind about leaving country...
