Taurus guy sent me a random gift

Yeah I admit karma is a bitch and now it might be the time for me to pay off. So long story short, I know this guy for about a month now, we chat every night, neither of us would go to sleep without having long ass convos lol. In the beginning he would make jokes, sometimes black humor, making rude comments etc, then I got distant cause I'm little conservative and demand manners. I straight told him I needed space and he wasn't allowed to text me anymore. The next day he sent just crying emoji and I felt weird, little piece of my heart dropped or something, so I sent some song with touching video. We started talking again, he changed. He don't make inappropriate comments anymore, he tells me all the time that I will fall in love soonest we meet lol, cause "he's that good" 😄 just tonight he told me he sent me a gift. I have an idea what it might be , we were talking about that the other day, so he told me whenever I use it I would always think about him lol. The most important part, we've never met each other before but he doesn't live too far either. We just decided to take things slow.

So my question is what's going on in his mind right now? I know Tauruses don't really like spending money for someone else.. And he has a cap moon, taurus mars and venus.

He's the first Taurus I liked smh, who knew that was coming 😄
