Taurus vs The element of Water

Whats with the Signs under the element of Water? Its funny that the Earth element never really meets the Walter element, but rather be is oppisite like Taurus and Scorpio, I have friends that under the sign of water and had some Exs under that sign and for some reason i keep noticing a pattern of insecureity. as we all know, we bulls are very cautious people by nature, but with people under the element of water take it to a new level, the seem to be on an edge about relationships and in general loyatity. Its like you have to prove your loyalty not once but over and over and over again. Idk The question to my rant is have you ever encountered anything like what i am describing and if so how did u manage. And why are we great people.

Taurus is a strong counterpart to Scorpio.

Water elements are so "insecure" because we are afraid that people will take advantage of us. it's our biggest fear. we dont want to be taken for granted and left looking like the fool with a partner who is stronger emotionally.

I know that scorpio's are very suspicious of everything and it is hard to gain their trust. cancers are always in their shell hoping not to get hurt, and pisces ask a million and twelve questions hoping that you will tell them the truth about how you really feel. all in all, its the same thing. no one wants to be hurt. we are led by our emotions and if you crush them, we dont have much left.

but we mesh well with earth signs because they are our rock for us. they are strong when we are weak. and we get them in touch with their emotions by letting them know that you dont always have to be so strong that you can't feel.

That's Not true LilMermaid....the fireworks are JUST BEGINING after your feelings are hurt....that's when earth get's pissed that water wasn't honest about being a vindictive, psychopathic, borderline, catty, bitch, but then who is ever honest about mental instability? lol 😛

I tend to mesh better with wind and fire.....except for Libra, though because they are as sentimental (behind the scences though) as a water....I'm logical, and I feel easily, but I'm not going to open up to someone whose intent on getting into my personal space to attack me; I'd rather not entertain that type of personality; with water there's too much 'break up to make up' scences for me.....I'd rather keep it superficial than to go through the 'I HATE YOU!!....don't leave me' phases....water changes like the moon, and it's just EMOTIONAL.....and people think it's hard to communicate with Earth....sheesh, try it with a water sign, and you might get drowned....lol

It's hard for me to be 'attatched' to someone else; I'm like the wind; faithful is one thing, but I do get bored easily, with routine things so I seek a change of scene; water wants to hold on when there's nothing left to hold onto because this obsession with 'living in the past'.....I'm saying for me personally that's been MY experience, and I'm hoping a water sign can change my mind....I am usually good with Cancer Females though.....their cool. Only ONE Scorpio girl was cool with me, and she was just being superfcial friendly; I told her I don't like being 'toyed' with but she felt the need to try and she ended up hurt in the end.

Yes i agree, my Ex was a scorpio and she was way to possisive towards me, and we still alright and i see it with her new boyfriend, she dont really know him but rather idolizes him. I dont know about them water signs

Yea, well both earth signs and water signs are negative signs on the zodiac, which means we are both cautions. But what i find intresting is now i am dating a taurus and its weird cause we are very similar. Right now it is a great thing shes does her thing and i do mine, im trying to move slowly cause i dont want to take advantage of a good thing, cause if i do that then there will be nothing left to look for in the end.

Unfortunately I am a earth and with rising of water...bah...I hate it.

Just because I continue to hear how being a water (pisces) always gets a bad rep for being weak and whatnot...it gets old!

I am starting to think that that some signs are more popular than others (I don't know why I didn't see this before?) and it shows up all the time in many astrology books and websites.

If anyone can name the popular signs I'll give them a dollar. It really shouldn't be hard...all the more dominate or aggressive or 'bad boy' signs should be included, just to give a hint.
