What Should I expect from this Taurus man?

In the past, I've dated mainly Capricorns, so I am not too sure how a Taurus tends to operate. I met this guy on a dating app, and we exchanged a few messages. Then we stopped talking. Then, one day, I attended a show that he had apparently been a part of for years. After the show, he found me and asked "Is your name (insert my name here)?".

I said yes and he had a big grin on his face and extended a hand saying how nice it was to finally meet me. Then he had to leave for the next show. But he asked if he'll be seeing me around more often and I said that he definitely would.

When I arrived home, I expected a message from him or something. I waited a few days and got nothing, so I sent a little conversation starter. Still nothing. I attended his show again and he was just as friendly as last time... so many mixed signals. What should I think?

It's either two things....

1. He's not interested.

OR

2. He doesn't care for e-communication, he may prefer face to face contact. The only way to find out is to invite him out for a cup of coffee.

If he declines or doesn't respond, he's not interested.

Side Note: I hate e-communication of any kind, this includes texting, emails, and etc.

I rarely respond.

But that is just me. It's different with every Bull.
