advice for this virgo moon?

soo im in a love dilemma, i am a male taurus with a virgo moon and unfortunately my virgo traits are hella strong, sometimes i dont even feel like a taurus. but ive been talking/dating this other female taurus with a moon in gemini for about 5 months on and off. but she is so fickle! its ridiculous, one minute she loves me the next she says i'm like her best friend, one minute shes happy and everything is cool and next shes so aloof and its like i meant nothing to her. and the most annoying part is her actions hardly ever line up with her words!

Anyways we recently decided to be just friends because we do love each other and want to have each other in our lives without making things complicated. when we were dating before, we broke up because she apparently "got scared" and was overwhelmed. but the problem is i dont think her and i can be friends because we were never friends to begin with, theres so much tension and chemistry every time together.

are all gemini moons this indecisive? also should be important to mention her venus is taurus and her mars is in cancer and my venus is in aries and my mars is in leo. its almost like we arent a perfect match, but because both of our moons are ruled by mecury anytime we talk in person, we are drawn to each other.

And on the other hand, ive started hanging out with this other girl more that ive known for a little while, shes an aries but her moon is in cancer and i'm pretty sure her venus is in aries and her mars is in virgo. and i love cancers and i love the fact that her moon is in cancer, i'm not a very emotional person so to be around someone who adds that level of emotion is nice, and she always knows exactly what to say to make me feel better and she really puts my restless mind at ease when i'm around her. but like most aries she is always on the go and she has stuff going on so the timing is off and i did court her first so i can't complain! theres a connection there if only there was time for it to blossom - i also feel held back tho because i really do love this moon in gemini girl but i don't know how much more back and forth i can take!

i guess what i wanna know is, am i good match with this new girl? even though are timing is off and whats the deal with my moon in gemini lady? should i stick around for more of her indecisions? the taurus in me, doesnt mind giving this gemini moon as much freedom as she needs as long as she is mine (possessive i know lol).
