GABA before bed on an empty stomach with one 5HTP....both promote the release of seratonin, which increased the amount of HGH released from your pituitary gland which helps your body heal faster, rebuild new cells, increase fat metabolism, and promote REM sleep.
Cinnamon for blood sugar maintenance. Whey protein before and after workouts.
Idoral to prevent breast cancer. Reversatrol (anti aging/heart health)
Garlic and Omega 3's/Flax for heart health
Arginine for vasodialation heart health, along with B6, B12 vitamins for energy etc. Vit E to fight heart disease. Vit E facial cream with DMEA to renew skin.

@Bluebetty- we worked with a girl who didn't wash her hands,she said she didn't need too.My bosses has a"talk" with her.Her parents went out of town , so she would call home and bark at her dogs over the phone.She said she didn't want them to feel lonely and that they did understood her.She ended up getting fired.
@DeadRinger-I have gargled with hydrogen peroxide and use it for cleaning wounds!I'm more of a green tea drinker also with raw sugar.All good suggestions,I'm sure my eyes wouldn't so baggy if I left you folks be at a reasonable hour!
@Gemini64- How long did it take before you noticed a difference in your familys'health ? Has you taste sensation improved with taking Clorella?How many milligrams of that do you take?Does the GABA work quickly or it is a more gradual proccess?I have taken Vit E and have dabbed it around my eyes .I have also used warm tea bags to put on my eyes to take down swelling and refreshin the eye itself.
I take colloidal silver everyday for my immune system, multivitamin, omega3, and b12. I use colloidal silver salve on minor skin irritations. I wash my hands continually at work, turning the faucet off and opening the door with paper towels. I don't touch rails going up or down the stairs. I'm not a big fan of hand sanitized because the smell of the alcohol makes me sick. I use ground flax seed in the food I eat.
Gosh, I don't take vitamins or anything. I have a pretty healthy immune system as I'm rarely sick. When I do get sick it's due to a high ice consumption--a craving brought on by my anemia, but I'm working on getting that under control with a daily dose of iron. I clean often, and use quite a bit of lysol (wipes), and don't really touch people (lol).
I'd like to shoot for more green methods...any suggestions?
I use fresh garlic in most of my meals, and I clean my meats with vinegar and lemon juice (as a help) before cooking thoroughly.
When my sister and I were younger, my mom would give us cod liver oil. Vitamin D, Improves heart and brain function, heals arteries...we would also drink a sort of bitter tea leaf from the islands that would help cleanse us out.
Vulcan, everyone takes their shoes off before coming into my home too.
Lysol everything! Take a multi-vitamin and take my allergy meds daily. I just like for everything to be clean. LOL If you can't afford to go to the doctor, vitamin c does wonders. 🙂
