Once again, I would like to thank everyone for their help and answers concerning my Aqua friend.

After talking to old friends of him, not from his "new" friends, they all say the same thing. He's not the same and something is happening.

While I understand he's an asshole to me, I'm still worried and I wanna help him, even if he doesn't wanna talk to me.
Similar situations happened before and after sticking around, he came back. I'm also not the kind of girl to give up on friends despite the storms. I'm a Capricorn, what can I say!

We, his old friends, came to the conclusion he changed a lot, he's not the smart and mature man he used to be, he is defending liars, something he always stood against. He turned his back to people he used to love and even think his old friends wanna hurt him. He said his "new" friends (they are younger than he is, immature, don't care about anything else but themselves, are all about games) is his new family. The way he talk about them is almost cult like and they're also really close to others, it's them and only them.

I know Aquas are always looking for new adventures or new things, but are they the kind of people to change completely in order for them to find said adventures?
Are they the kind to leave their life and to make a new one elsewhere? Are they the naive kind to be brain washed by a group of peoples? Influenceable?

Lastly, he accused one of our friend to "work" with me as if he was a spy, even accused me of stealing our friends phone just so I could get in touch with my Aqua friend.

How would an Aqua react if I confront him about everything? What about an intervention?
Because yes, we are considering it.

We think his friends are a bad energy for him.

Intervention? I don't know that it would work.

Put aside the fact that he's an Aqua and go more into the side that if he's that different to usual, he may have something deeper going on that will require proper professional help.

So far, whatever has been said and done hasn't helped. I don't think storming him with multiple people is going to have any more success. A person has to be ready to listen, ready to have a discussion.

My advice? Wait for him to come to you, or your friends, because until then his ears are painted on and he won't listen.
