Today I was pissed off badly. It is related with my English class. I am taking special courses and my class times are changable. I couldn't go today, because I had a business that I had to finish and called the office in the morning and told them that I could not come today. Since my class times are changable, we decide class time of the next class with my teacher at the end of every current class. So I called office again and asked for my teacher. She was at another class at that time, therefore I couldn't talk with her again personally. The office manager (it's a small office, therefore talking with manager is normal) told me that he will ask my teacher about time of the next lesson and inform me within this day. Almost half of the day has passed since my last call, therefore I called office again to make sure that they not forgot what I asked them. Simple reminder. Damnit! They still didn't called me today. I am soo pissed off. I called them today to remind about my situation and even thought that office manager assured me that he will call me back and haven't forgot about my situation, he still did't call me. Damn marker. I am 100% sure that something is going on here and the stuff is nasty. I don't think he really forgot about my situation, I'm % 100 sure that he deliberately didn't call. I want a revenge. I really want it. What do you guys think I could do for revenge? He is manager there, so is this situation somehow "binds" him with my situation and makes him somehow obligated in answering my requests? What can I do?
I really want that man buried in the ground! I don't really have anything "practical" in my mind for this situation, and I planning for nasty strategy, with some bitter words to tell him tomorrow. But I also want to base my speech over things that binds him in this situation, which I dont know what.

I talked with them today. Not with manager, but with my teacher (luckily she was there instead manager). She said that they even thought they put my phone number on agreement paper when signed me up, their computer didn't printed it out with agrrement paper. She showed me and yes I am convinced about their rightness. However, my yesterday's reaction was really bad. Not because I was wrong, but because I felt very "unarmed" in this situation. This frusturated the hell out of me when something like that happens and I see no way where I can defend my point.
For that reason, I still ask for advise as if this situation were actually real. I want to know the dynamics of this situation so I can feel more secure next time.
Definetly a lazy manager. I noticed this from his attitude gestures etc. The main part that pisses me off is that there is big probability for such thing to happen in any future. I've faced with similair situations several times and I just want to know what can I do.
I think there should be some legal control mechanism for such things. You see, if I pay money and they give me poor service, then this is same as fraudment because I do not get the service for what I pay. I think I just don't know how to kick ass of those bastrads. But I think there should be this regulation mechanism.
I think attorneys will get rich quite fast with my mind in my head. I have soo much butt to kick you know. And those attorneys will get paid for every advise.Damn!
This language school is owned by some heavily religion involved person. I do relate such situations with such people alot. I actually avoid such schools when I learn that their manager is fanatically religious.
Creative would work too, but when I want more blood, surely attorneys will leech it out of them quite fast.
Sometimes knowledge of their ups is more usefull (govermental figures). Turkey is taking accepting new law about food controls now. None of govermental figures will come to check your restaurant unless a customer will complain about it. It will require alot of balls to not treat customers well from now on. I also happy for that because every customer will now learn how to deal with those suckers. I also heard that goverment will constitute an organization to provide education for customers and how to deal with shop owners. This is kick ass!
Laws are being changed for EU purporses, obviously. It would be VERY and UNBELIVIBLE surprising if they put it right because they finally recognized a real issue that needs to be addressed.
Yeah Primegen. I do understand your second part, but this part requires to have fully developed personality which is QUITE unusual situation here in Turkey. Which means that people who struggle with problems are actually more buried in them by outside factors like those ones. This is obviously unfair yes, but this is how it works. Also, a person cannot be fully developed in every area of their lives, therefore same BS will be all the time in different areas. The quality of life is affected from such things and it would drive some people to rebellion because they might not be able to get out from this crap.
I didn't mean about personal development in dealing with those people personally. No not this one. I mean about personal development when you want to have real big business that will make you "too expencive to lose". Of course dealing with those people in the way of intimidating and threating with making them loss their income is effective.
