Aqua having major issues with Gemini boss
I also wonder what the other side of the story looks like. Are my boyfriend's Pisces placements causing him to be more sensitive to the Gemini than he should be? Is he exaggerating the circumstances in order the demonize his boss because his boss' means of communication are too harsh for him?
Im sorry but it doesnt work well between aqua and gemini. I had 2 experiences with gems, 1 my sister and the other a friend- both were/are horrible ppl. There's nothing worse than going to an enviroment u dont enjoy day in/ day out. I've walked out on jobs before because of that- too draining and depressive. Let him walk, but he must find something else before leaving. Whats a point of him working in a place where he is not appreciated? Waste of brain power, time and talent. Let him find his niche

This is how our conversation ended today. He can be impulsive- and when his emotions dictate for him to walk, 9 times out of 10 he will WALK without any backup plan. I encouraged him to find something else before he bounced.
And what have he decided to do? How long has he worked at his current job? Some bosses are arseholes, he doesnt need that. There are more appreciative ppl out there, how will he find out when he is busy dealing with BS on a daily basis? I wish he finds a good one before his patience runs out.

Agreed- he really deserves something great.
He's been at this job for almost 8 months. Before that, he was unemployed for over a year- which is part of the reason I am begging him to find something else before he walks.
I haven't heard anything from him since the call this morning, so I think he'll probably end up sticking through the day and we'll discuss more tonight. Since I spoke to him, I've been scouring the internet for jobs he may be interested in and emailing them his way.
Shame, man, i feel for him. This isnt a pattern, i hope? Has he held jobs longer before? There are men who are allergic to work and i hope he is not one of them. Ur really good to him, helping him search and all that. Please convince him to swallow it a bit until something else pops up. Ur a great person, really, i mean that.
Thanks Lady, I really appreciate that. I love him and I just want to see him be happy and successful in life- no matter what his definition of success is.

yea in employment this relationship doesn't work well. sometimes the gems power over others can go to their head and become like your bf's boss.
i say look for some positions for him too. he may be too flustered to even start. he needs to get out of there. there is no cause for that kind of behavior when you are in positions like that. i know he will have an impulse to leave having an pisces moon myself. but i start thinking about my bills and things i want to buy. then i just look at that person like no way your going to be the reason i dont get my new purse or pay for my cable. so yea. he called to get out the frustration.
but he does need to get out of there ASAP.

My Aqua is having major issues with his Gemini boss. It seems he calls me during work every day to say that he would love to walk out. I then proceed to talk him off the ledge.
His boss patronizes him and rampantly talks down to him. The man is incredibly ego-centric and is an extremely poor communicator. He's also unbelievably rigid. Whenever my boyfriend brings up alternative ways to do something that may improve the efficiency of the project, the Gem shoots down all his ideas and forces him to stick to the original plan.
My boyfriend is extremely intelligent and competent and has years of management training and experience. It pains me that he is made to feel so small and inadequate- day in and day out.
I know their clash must have to do with the other factors in their charts, as Gem and Aqua should- theoretically- work together well. But- does anyone here have any ideas I could share with him about working with a Gemini Sun boss?
