Me a& my aqua were together for 6 months straight. We have had our ups & downs but due religion because he is Muslim and I am not but for the most part things were good, but with time I think he got used to being comfortable with me, I was his first girlfriend ever and with time he got lazy with the relationship & started getting attitudes to with me. Then it got to the point were he became controlling, wanting to know where I was, calling me all the time to check up on me, at first I thought it was kinda sweet that it seemed like he cared so much, but then it started to cross the line when he would follow me from my house to a friends house, then going through my phone and making me delete peoples numbers and shutting my phone off when I was with him. But if I would ask him where he was going or what he was doing in a non suspicious casual way he would get angry with me and it would start a fight, but then he would eventually tell me. All the fighting caused us to break up at least 3 times in one month. Recently he broke up with me because he said we were fighting to much and I said okay, fine but if we break up this time it's done. Now were friends for 2 yrs before we even got in a relationship so he said he wanted to continue to have a friendship with him. But it's not even been 3 days that we broke up and he's been texting me telling me he misses me and he loves me just out the random, asking to come see me and spend the night. Normally I would say yes but I had to put my foot down, he broke up with me, at least 3 times and everytime he gets a sense im moving on he wants to get back together. I told him that this was what he wanted so he can't be asking me to treat him like he's boyfriend when hes no longer that. He constantly still checks up on me and questions me if Im out with another guy but I don't see why he cares and why he says he still loves me and misses me but doesn't want to get back together ? Im sure pretty soon because it hasn't even been a week yet that he will want to get back together again. This is his first relationship ever and he's only 22. Is this just a normal behavior for aqua men or what ?
