Aqua's, how are you with your coworkers? Do you find it hard to fit in the crowd? Do you find that many people don't seem to like you because your too weird for them? I'm kind of having this problem lately and I don't know what to do. I prefer to be in a laid back work environment where we all joke around with each other and I sometimes like to push the limits. That's just who I am. My coworkers on the other hand.. like to joke around but also like to get into discussions about their personal lives. This is where I back off and it kind of throws me as being out of the crowd. I think they find it weird that I can't sit down and have a personal discussion with them. It just makes me feel uncomfortable. Anyone else ever have this problem?

arrrggghh!! Don't you hate it when someone would ask you a question, and then someone else would interrupt me and the person who is asking the question, and tell that person the answer, and the person who is asking me the question actually listens to that person, and not you. SO WHY the hell did they ask you the question, if they won't bother listening to you!!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!??!?!?!?!?!?! 😢😢😢😢😢

How can you really be sure the person trying to get close to you is clingy? It is possible to be close, and not clingy.
ah behold, imo you can't be sure of this but there's a subtle difference 🙂 the way in which the attempt to get close is made gives this away...sometimes...and sometimes some people act like they think you will approve of in other to get closer also...

I have an Aqua mid-heaven I think I have one of these I think --- what dat mean? I thought it was just related to career path? can anyone see my future with one of these ? 😕

Maybe Aquarians give off a "don't get close to me" vibe or something no it's the "I'm more better more best more cooler more intelligent more blah than yous" vibe 😛

AG, the ladies still giving you trouble? I though you sorted it out amicably and now one big orgy in the office daily? but the main point in all of this is - AG you bake cookies ??!!! that's it ! we're getting married !!!

^^^ PP's fantasizing about your manliness OFA 😕

Yeah, it's more or less sorted out in that we have all just decided to move on.
well, sounds like a make-shift plan - I would still watch my back though - that's why I prefer working in the field...avoid office crap - no really, when did people forget it was JUST A JOB !
I do know something that has cyanide as a natural ingredient if you want though 😉 for when you share dinner you know.

Yes, I can cook really well, and I do bake cookies, cakes, and pies. I also like to clean(is that weird?) and do domestic things. Guess it's my fourth house Sun.
Nah it's not weird at all - know a few guys like that...one of my male colleague is always telling me to tidy my desk and stuff, his shirt is always so ironed/pressed you know...pisses me right off !

If were both still single at 37, sure I'll marry you.
sounds like a plan - so that's 3 yrs from now if you're that age now? I get to 37 in just a lil over 3 years 🙂

But you have to let me do all the cooking cleaning and housework.
I must let you do this - you know seeing that I set my kitchen on fire 2wice now *whistling* hey don't blame me - I got no planet in the 4th !
but I am a good cook though.

Somechick thanks but that's not the future prediction - that plagiarism 😛 I

common blingie, lets see the mouth we'll vote on the shape 😛

ag dude, I think I arguably have a good case of attention deficit dis...like doing one thing then think up someone that sounds remotely more interesting - completely forget what I was doing and go attempt the stuff I just thought about. so cooking - think of something else - attempt to multitask or completely forget I was cooking and well... erm, you know 🙂
just did something similar few hrs ago - was really cold, decided on some soup, finished making it, turn it into a bowl and walk away without turning off anything - walked past the cooker a while later and thought, hmm, unusually warm here and oops

hey the fire was 4 yrs apart !
can't pay attention when people talk either 🙂 it's just wonderful !

Even though I'm top dog I don't alienate anyone at work and pretty much treat everyone on the same level as if they were in the same position. People usually leave me alone and are surprised whenever I start having conversations with them. Their reactions ar4e usually "Shit, you know I exist and acknowledge my being?!?!?" and my reaction is like "Long time no see let's talk for a few minutes before I have to go do something crazy". And at the end of it all people are always like "Damn... that guys awesome". I know how that sounds but it's just how it goes at work. Pretty much same thing as high school.

As an Aqua, I actually like a more peaceful working environment, not too loud but not too incredibly quiet either that my mind gets bored with itself. I enjoy mostly working alone & if not then only working with 1 or 2 others. And while working with those 1 or 2 others I am either completely distant when it comes to the conversations others spark OR I'm completely open. But how we respond as Aquas to others at work depends on the people that we are surrounded by. I find it interesting that when I'm working with someone that I consider on my "level" intellectually, I'm actually rather open to discussions & the whole "let's talk to make the time go by faster" thing. But of course this only works out for me when I actually like or find nothing wrong with a co-worker. On the other hand, if I find my co-worker to be extremely annoying or incompetent, I find myself wishing I was in another land somewhere off to myself. There is nothing more annoying than someone (who you've already made up in your mind that your not intellectually compatible with) who continually tries to spark up a conversation & actually keep it going by themselves. Inside of my head, I'm debating & discussing things but never outwardly. One thing I've never done is discuss my private life with my co-workers, no matter how "deep" our conversations get. The most a co-worker might get out of me is a story about someone in my PAST, but never the present. But the thing is, once I find that one co-worker I can "work-bond" with, it seems like I can never stop talking & THAT'S when the other person starts to think I'm weird. Oh well, Guess we Aquas are all or nothing

I tend to prefer working with men. They usually either leave me alone to get on with it, or are quite friendly, but they don't get offended when I pick up my book at break times. Working with women (Especially in the caring profession) is awful, as they are usually SSSOOOO bitchy. They look at you like they are cats, and you are on their territory without permission, and if you don't try to get in with their 'Oh, Angelina Jolie did such and such this week, can you believe it?' posse, they think you are stupid, when in fact, it is they who are stupid. Why the fuck should I care what celebrities are doing?
