So yeah, this happened to me before so I am curious, what about you?

Did you ever daydream or just think of your future plans, etc, that you even couldn't even fall asleep cause of thinking too much,I personally had nights when I was happy that I couldn't sleep so I can dream my future plans or my life in a few years with the results of my work.

So,what about you? Do you have insomnia at all, like to daydream of the future,or have nights when you stay up long?

🙂

I'm waiting for ya'll interesting responses.

I have always had a very very hard time falling asleep. My mind comes alive at night (or at least I notice it more with no distractions). I can't stop thinking, therefore I can't fall asleep. Recently, I've started to think of obscure things that made no sense and that I have no emotional attachments to in order to fall asleep. I pop many pills to sleep. Every night.

I do find that I sleep better when depressed. If I'm happy....I can forget about sleep.

I have insomnia really bad! BUT, I don't necessarily see this as a GOOD thing UNLESS what I'm thinking/daydreaming about is a GREAT thing!

When something really awesome is about to happen or is coming soon, I'll purposely take out the time to daydream or fantasize about how lovely things will be when that "something" comes. And when I'm daydreaming/fantasizing, it's so FUN! During these times I priortize the daydreamin gmoreso than sleeping or anything else that I should REALLY be doing!

I agree with Shadows in that it's easier for me to get better rest/sleep when I'm depressed or really down about something. Even though I tend to over-analyze & over-think during the times I'm the most stressed or upset, I also know how to "TURN OFF" my emotions at some point to prevent myself from letting whatever it is, fully consume me! BUT, things are a different story when I'm really happy or excited about something.
