I don't know about aqua tarot card, I own celtic dragon and wayang tarot. i just use them for fun, nothing more...but i see there are some relations between tarot and astrology
In the Star card the woman is naked as she empties out two urns of water. She is the onenwho was carefully balancing her emotions. Now the emotional waters are emptied, let go of, her nakedness a symbol of her acceptance that any pretence is over and that she must now face the world as she truly is without any artifice.
Above her the stars shine in the night sky. Seven of the stars define her true nature while the eighth symbolises the breaking of the karma which binds her. In astrology the first seven planets are the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. These are all said to be personal planets and define and outline our nature or character. The Eight planet is Uranus and is said to be the first of the impersonal or outer planets. Uranus symbolises sudden change and release from inhibitions.
Just beyond her is a tree with a butterfly on it. Often this is depicted as a bird eating berries. This butterfly symbolises transformation and new opportunities.
Once she has finished her emotional release she will be free to turn and see the new wonders that life now offers.
The Star card in tarot is often called a card of hope. Here, however, it is not hope as we often view it as wishful thinking, but in the archaic use of the word which means to have trust and confidence in the future
The Star is about possibilities, all the endless possibilities you can imagine. In the Mythic Tarot, the Star is Pandora - opening the forbidden box that released human suffering upon mankind. This helps remind us to be careful what we wish for, because our thoughts and dreams are very powerful.
before "The star" card, there is "The tower" card, I think, it has something to do with aquarian ivory tower....
you better go to fortune teller who can read your past karmic, I tried it already. She told me "beware of electricity when u are 15 and 18", and unbelieveable, i got an electric shock when i was 15 and 18, and one of them almost make me lost my precious lifve, then she told me "beware of car accident when u are 17" and i got a small accident when i was 17, then she told me again "beware of fire when you are 41"...ohhh damn.
i had some tarot card readings before.Yesterday i had a coffee cup reading- the lady knew nothing about me, and gave me very accurate past information, and the best was my future in the next coming weeks(all good stuff). Coffee cup reading-u drink a small greek coffee, they come in tiny cups, u tip the cup upside down after u have finished drinking, then the person reading it will read all the symbols, its a really old tradition here, although i dont think its done only in greece, but other parts of europe.
