Compatibility—
Hmmm I hope you're not stressing about this too much. The correlation between your threads to me hints that you're really overthinking things. Not to say it isn't bad but it can overload the senses.
I can tell you straight up compatibility going by textbooks and even looking at synastry charts will tell you that you guys are incompatible. Here's what you don't know the two most emotional and real connections I've had were with supposed signs that aren't compatible with me and the irony is what was supposedly good matches never lasted.
Somethings are just not meant to be worked out and I totally get it if this is what you need to do to get a peace of mind, after all we're both fixed signs. But know this to believe it won't work out you've willing channeled your energy into seeing the negatives and you'll dissect every detail to suit the negatives. Do you believe in fate or do you make your own?
According to astrology me and the virgo I adored never would've worked not even on a friendship level but that wasn't the case at all. The pisces at the moment? That's still to be decided but trust me when I say the information available on the internet that's free doesn't come close. I was just lucky that when I asked on the pisces forum they decided to do a complete synastry and chart interpretation for me but even then however detailed they still say the same textbook things.

Oh I'm not betting anything on the charts but jokingly I wanted a good chart but yes anything can happen in life because everything we do or say us a choice
