Feel Trapped

I'm an Aquarius sun, Gemini rising, Aries moon, Aquarius Venus. I've been single for 7 years and recently out of nowhere a Gemini approached me and boldly asked me out. We've never met before, he said he saw me and just had to do it. Three days later he says he wants me to be his girlfriend... I said I wanted to take things slow and he said we will, it's just that he doesn't want me seeing other guys so that's why he wanted to make it official. I thought I'd give it a try but now am feeling trapped because of what I found out afterwards.

1. I'm 21 and he's 30. I guess age shouldn't matter except I feel like we're in different places in our lives. He'll probably want to settle down soon. He's already talked about me meeting his friends and family and hinting he wants this relationship to be long term. I said I wanted to take things slow and he said he'll wait till I'm ready. Truth is, I don't think I can tell my friends and family. My parents will not approve.If he's asked me to be his girlfriend in three days, whose to say he won't propose a couple months from now!

2. I've been single for so long and all of a sudden I'm in this relationship. I feel caught off guard. Just him moving things so fast and being this clingy makes me wish I was single again.

I need advice! What should I do?! How do you guys think this will play out if things keep going like this! 😢

Damn... He is a bold son of a gun! My brother has done that before but when he found out the age difference between him in the girl he basically botched. He's a leo though. He still brags about it today like he's Mr.HotStuff or something.

You should obviously do what's comfortable for you... If he is not cool with that then you know something is not right...

Thanks so much for the advice guys! I took it and ended up talking to him afterwards. I said we were moving too fast and he kept saying it was normal and was being difficult at first. In the end I got the labels removed, we're not girlfriend and boyfriend but we are "seeing" each other. Which is how I think things should have started off anyways, mind you this is now the 6th day, not even a week. Ever since you mentioned how Gems are a master of hiding their flaws, I've begun to take notice. I've also read somewhere that Gems are like car salesmen, they're master with words and can convince you of anything. I've begun to notice this as I was trying to reason with him, which makes me worry. The Aqua in me is a little impressed but the age difference makes me worry since he's more experienced than I. He's had years and 4 long term relationships to perfect what to say. But now that we're not so serious, I feel more in control about this.

P.S. @NotYourAverage... I've had a Leo guy who was 6 years older than me and knew it, want a relationship. He was too egotistical and a flirt. I didn't want anything to do with him lol
