How to know if an aqua man hates you?

So, as you may know, me and my boss at some point became very close. But lately, he started giving me a hard time at work. Not that I cannot do it. I can and love the challenge but he had been harder on me than other people in the team. Then he suddenly becomes nice and asks me how im doing or if im ok. It drives me mad. I also recently moved to another team. Someone told me that in reality, he isnt very pleased about this as I used to be directly under him. If he is upset, or hates me, how do I know? Also, whats a good way to make peace with him?

Either he is making you work because he knows you can do it and are thus reliable, or he is making a point that despite whatever closeness there once was, you won't be treated in gloves.

Loosing a reliable worker isn't pleasing,as the boss you have to compensate. Especially if he liked you....in other ways.

He doesn't hate you as far as i can tell. What he is doing is pretty normal for aqua boss.

Good to know. When i feel that he is getting emotional or overreacting on little things, i move away. I do my job well but i cannot handle his emotions sometimes 😢 like he is really testing me

its rare that an Aqua would "punish" anyone. That's a chick move.

Damn, I feel for you, you shouldn't have to make peace with him

but if you MUST then just avoid him till he comes to his senses. I'ts likely he wants you to confront him, which is a power play on his part.

Probably because i rarely talk to him these days. I work a lot and when i start working, i tend to have my own world. Weird for a gemini like me but it cant be helped as i dont want to fail. I dont have time to chat with him... Other people in my team are kiss ass which i am not. They are always around him showering him with attention and compliments whereas i sit and work and he was harder on me so i worried if he hates me because i dont kiss his ass lol

Well, I'm competing with a libra, pisces and virgo. They ask him "what compliment do u want to hear today?" Or whenever he does something they would say "youre the best boss ever" or "you are so cool" i cannot compete with that lol im a gemini with lots of integrity hahahhaa i only say good things like that when i feel that it is well-deserved. My job is in sales and believe me, ive got an excellent pipeline compared to those three! And he is hardest on me. We had a thing before and i moved away. I have to admit that i lost interest. I see him everyday. He knew who my boyfriend was. When we all went out last time, i brought my boyfriend. In return, he did not take me to a client meeting that i wanted to attend. 😢

We should keep our distance since we have tension between us. The last few times i hang out with him he was saying that i am what he was looking for in a wife. The next, he was flirting with the libra girl then the next he was hanging out with just me in a club. Plus i am in a stable relationship with my aqua bf who used to be his senior in the other companies he worked for. So i did want to keep it professional. I guess i just didnt like the fact that now he is suddenly being hard on me compared to other people. He did tell me that he is going to be difficult with me intentionally. Which i didnt understand. :/

Oh unrequited Aqua love is so much fun!!!

Especially when we feel we gotta overboard the other way so no one else can point and laugh at us about our longing.

Because while we may think EVERYONE knows about our crushes, the reality is that no one can figure it out. We walk around, sure as day that it's in neon lights on our foreheads. And if the person isn't interested.....well, no Aqua wants anyone to point at them and laugh about their mooning.

Yes, just stay away. Guy doesn't sound that healthy and seems he enjoys the power trip. If you can, stay on another team, where he isn't your supervisor. Dude needs some alone time to process the realization nothing will come out of it.

You mentioning him working under your bf......could it be there's some bad blood between them and he wants to get back at your bf by taking his girl away?

Not that I am aware of tbh. I mean they kept saying good things about each other. They are both aquas so personalities are pretty much the same. He's been single for a long time and actually he did say he is looking for a girl that he can settledown with. But despite him saying that to me, I just know that I enjoy hanging out with him but he is just not the one I want to be with so I really started to distance myself. All week, I did not talk to me. Even my friends noticed that he was looking when I talk to one of my guy friends (a sag) or when I walk and leave my seat. It makes me feel like im being watched all the time. Ebing a gemini, i dont really like that kind of attention.
