I contradict classical astrology theory

...in that I don't tend to go for men who are air signs at all.
I put this down to 2 possible reasons:


A) I have a lot of capricorn and taurus in me and so this probably makes me be more conseravative and feel more attracted to water signs.

B) This may then influence my thinking so that I consciously do not consider air signs as dating potential.

This has nothing to do with your sun sign.
Who actually goes after people based on their sun sign—

sometimes, i don't know if i buy into the whole astrology thing...b/c i am a cancer with not an ounce of air in my chart, yet all of my closest friends are either air signs or fire signs...so, explain that!

neurotic people actually go for someone based on their sun sign...

maybe the air people are some sort of balance to you since you don't have any air signs in your chart. and you probably attract fire because you have a lot of fire in you so you maybe better relate to them.

that's my attempt to explain that haha...

well, it's funny because i have a lot of leo in my chart...but there are some characteristics of my leo girlfriends that i cannot stand...i don't really mesh well with them. and leo guys...NO WAY!!! way too possesive and jealous for my taste...

but, 75% of my girlfriends are air signs...

I just asked because when you meet someone you initially dont know their birthdate or anything. Could it be that the only people you've ever been pursued by or pursued happen to not be air signs.

You've got an interesting mix there, MellowDee.
Three in Air, Three in Earth, Three in Water, and Three in Fire. That's an interesting interplay there for sure.

I'd say from this interplay that you must feel like you're being pulled in many directions.

If I were to make an assumption, and this is just my own personal assumption and not based on any indepth examination, I'd say you're attracted to Earth signs because of their stability. While you're pulled in many directions, they seem to have a solid ground and solid direction.

Of course, that's just from my observations here and I'm not really qualified to say for certain one way or another.

Not to mention that both your Mars and Venus are in an Earth sign - infact the same Earth sign.

Damn, just disregard all of this. My attention isn't too well right now.
