I got dumped for her best guy friend

.. it came out of no where.. and within 3-4 days of me and her breaking up, she starts going out with the guy.. I just have this feeling that when I'm completely done with her and all this.. I'll get a phone call with her apologizing and wanting to get back with me... do you guys think she'll be back sooner or later?

me too, uhh i dont know, but I dont think i'm gonna take her back anytime soon, i went through HELL these past few days.. so i dunno,

dude.. you're g/f put you through hell and you stuck by her 100% , what does that tell you? That you deserve better, not saying shes not best, but the way she presented herself isnt ddoing any good for you, maybe you guys just werent meant to be. Who knows. Only i think you know, maybe its just hard to not believe it, or maybe you guys are meant for eachother, but i guess "meant for eachother" is just another cliche quote that ppl want to hear. I think if you guys wanted to both work it out and always wanted to be with eachother is the meaning of meant for eachother, because you guys both understand and have mutual feelings for eachother. But i guess its not like that, she went for her best guyfriend and just left you when all you did was stick by her, kinda f*ked up. I say you move on and meet other girls.

its just the fact that me and her were great friends before this... since like the 7th grade.. and were both still pretty young. I just know that she'll be back.. she just acted on an impulse, and i think the guy dooped her. I think he's a total phony, but she'll figure it out sooner or later. as quackin lame as this makes me look, I still feel me and her were meant for better things than THIS, but I'm gonna do my best to put this out of my mind.. and if she came back and wanted me again (i still think she wants me a little, she cried when i gave her a drawing i did for her) i'd give it a lot of thought, but ts the fact that we were such good friends before and I just dont know, but I still believe were better than this.. we never had problems, never had horrible screaming fights, just minor disagreements, she said I'm the only guy she's ever been truly comfortable around.. and she said that was true.. even after she broke up with me, I'm just lost and I dont know what to do, maybe she's just confused or something, but I'm just soooo confused and I dont know what I'm doing

Um..ok..you're missing the point, she left you for this "total phony" guy. Even if she was your good friend back then, things change, so maybe her feelings changed. It seems like it did by her actions. And when shes through with him and realizes what a "phoney" he is, shes going to be crawling back to you? That sounds kinda lame. Maybe she has her own personal reasons to why shes behaving this way but that doesnt give the reasons for her to leave you. You're too nice, bleh -_-

yeah i think i deserve better, i did some thinking again.. she's not gonna be allowed to be a part of me anymore, even if she did come back, I'd tell her to leave me the hell alone. while with her, her mood swings were horrible and i feel free now, and i just started realizing that she threw away everything we had for nothing... or her best guy friend that she lied to me about, she told me he was like a brother to her and i believed her.. I trusted her. and she killed it, and it pisses me off that she couldn't tell me herself about what she did, her friend had to.

Lovitz, let me commend you on coming to your senses. It will be hard to let go at first, but believe me, time really does heal all wounds. You'd be suprised how well you're able to move on after being free of the constraints of such chaos...just wait, you will suprise yourself.
