Sorry did I imply there's an age limit to all the fun you can enjoy with snow? Well I'm sorry bout that - didn't mean it! Snow is great especially when you hardly get any in Ireland here except for maybe 3 days per year on average. I know what you mean primeghen about the peaceful quality to snow. It's like the blanket of snow forms a cocoon. Over here when it does actually snow there's semi mayhem on the roads and all the traffic on the road gets held up for hours as it's such a rare phenomenon that our infrastructure can't cope that efficiently with snow build up on the roads where it'd be commonplace in say Siberia or northern Canada etc.

Ireland is an island on the eastern Atlantic and the surrounding ocean current generally keeps its climate temperate. We had a very cold spell about 2 weeks ago and people thought it might snow but it's warmed up again and actually last night it was like an early autumn night even though the stars were shining brightly which normally only occurs on a very cold night.

So when it snows I'd be like an eager puppy waiting to get out there and build a snowman or some kinda snow creation and I'm 29, probably one of the oldies of the board form what I see! 🙂

and BTW the old mayor of toronto had to call the army to shovel the snow
and i hardly see snowplows mainly cars turning snow nto slush which becomes runoff
and they pile off snow on the sidewalks, which become a dumping station till aprils when it melts

lol,too late there was a big snow storm a couple days ago,the area I live got at least 8 inches of the crap.
