Living with an Aqua Man (fr. A Gem woman)

Hi! I'm new here 🙂 just reading online posts about gemini and aquarius online and saw this site.

I just wanted to share the story of me and my Aqua. We spent one year of long distance relationship and 8 months of being physically together. It was amazing that from the time we met we never spent a day apart until I moved in fomally with him last month. ( formally because i have been living with him for 3 months but still keeping my own place and i go back to my place once a month )

From the day 1 of dating, we had an amazing connection. The date was light and fun. As a gem, i went with the flow and did not expect a 2nd date but the 2nd date happened! It was followed by seeing each other every weekend to even weekdays to everyday.

He met my parents last Christmas and after that we decided that we should take a step back and have a gap for a week but it was so difficult that on the 2nd day, we just decided not to do it and he asked me to move in.

The feeling of living with someone that you are strongly connected with is amazing. Its like we've been married for years! No major adjustment, we agree on almost everything from food to tv shows, from where to go or what to do. It was easy! Its the first time i ever moved in with a guy so i thought i will have a hard time. I am pretty surprised at the smooth flow of things. We invite friends over once in a while, we talk before sleeping and as soon as we wake up in the morning. We ho to work together and go home together. Take a shower together. Blimey! We do almost everything together 🙂

I guess Aquarians are an excellent match for Geminis.

Congratulations! Two air signs fit well together. The caveat would be too much detachment, for example when one of you gets cold feet and the other one does too little to save the relationship. Come and give us an update in 6 months time.

I can't imagine both of you "deciding" these at the same time. Was it you? Funnily enough, I did the same with an Aqua. Told him lets break up for one week, but started talking again 24 hrs later. They are irresistible, aren't they 😉?

@auriqa: i thought i'd share the happy feeling here. I think this is my best relationship so far. No pressure at any given point. It's like we are thinking the same way most of the time. We agree to disagree on some things but it was never enough to cause a terrible fight.

@undine: we decided to not see each other for a week but he kept calling me an asking me to come back and sleep in his place again. And i thought, why not. Firget the pride and pretending to be tough. I love the guy after all! What is there to lose? I sure will give an update after 6 months 😉

@xxixxi: yes. This aqua seems to calm me down. A very relaxing companion who doesnt bore me. My bestfriend is an aqua too and i dunno how i never realized it will work out this well. He is the only aqua i have dated. So i think it is really fresh and amazing. 🙂

Glad to hear of another good aqua and gem relationship exists on this board besides mine.

My gf is a gemini, we've been together since August and literally do everything that you said you guys do when you are together.

If you haven't yet, you guys should do bath time together. Turn off the lights and light some candles and just soak in the tub. We talked about a lot of stuff and I found it relaxing/therapeutic and I'm not normally a "bath person"

Aquas definitely are something else. Before I met mine it's always the same old descriptions of detachment and aloofness and cold but mine certainly didn't feel like that at all.

I guess as a Libra I'm slightly more reserved but just witnessing the dynamics of my aqua and a gemini coworker I can see how it can work wonderfully. Never did work out between us but still leaves me wondering about astrology seeing for a very piscean influenced aqua he was anything but docile. Leaves me wondering if Aquarius are more the 'choosers' of their partners.

We do bath time together everyday! Lol and funny thing is we argue but it doesnt last 24 hours. We like space at home too. Sometimes we stay in different parts of the house-- apart. It is really needed since we love our space as much as we love each other. It is a very unusual relationship because its like we have our own world. But it is wonderful 🙂

I'm not a gemini and the only Aqua I know is my friend who I adore but is just so annoying sometimes. You should PM me, I want to get your perspective.

But I do agree with you on how things naturally flow with an Aqua male. He does what he does becuase he does it, doesn't have expectations and if he did he never tells you so you can never tell. He's always up for fun, very witty and charming.

But at this point his behaviors are annoying me lol, I don't know why. Probably past bitterness. haha.
