Opinions are just imagination

Wazzup ya'll— Those who know me know that I think WAAAY too much about simple things, which brings me here to my fellow aquarians once again with another topic. I had the wierdest arguement with a friend which was very frustrating. I knew what the truth was, and I tried debating this truth into his mind, but he just didn't accept it. He kept throwing such ignorant facts at me in which I shot them all down in the head with more facts. I left pretty upset, then I started thinking about what HE must have been thinking. Simple, in his world, whatever he believed was the TRUTH. Period. Who was I, with my own beliefs, to tell someone else what was real or what was not? There are people in the world on this planet who still believe deeply that the world is flat. Try showing them proof and see how quick they will shut you down. Their truths are THEIR truths, and your truth is YOUR truth, and opinions are just ideas being shot around these truths...am I right?

With that being said, why do people care soo much about what they believe isn't true. If you believe you are smart, then that's what you are. How can you allow someone tell you that you aren't smart because you are in learning support or you had trouble with whatever subject or grade? Like these little essays that float around, just because you are this, 85% of your kind are in jail, uneducated, poor, etc. Do you think this is TRUTH— Do you think that this has anything to do with YOUR TRUTH— The fact is that if you give someone that power, then they own your reality, which means they can manipulate your life.
