For a while I have been seeing an Aries man - I am Gemini. From the beginning he was very clear with me that he had a complicated situation as he had come out of a long relationship (with a Scorpio) and wasn't sure yet whether they were going to get back together. Fine by me as I like to have fun and heavy relationships tend to stress me out. But he also told me that for two years he'd had a lover and that had recently finished, too, and that he had been in love with her. Yes, I know, this already sounds like the start of something beautiful - NOT - but we get on very well and there is a strong physical attraction, and he is always very sweet with me. I know Aries men like to do the running, so I leave him to always get in touch and arrange to meet, and he always has - he texts or emails every couple of days, even if just to keep in touch. He is even jealous of the other guys I know if they talk to me when we are out together. Around Christmas, even though he was in contact with his ex and saw her(she is away most of the year and was only back at Christmas) he was in touch every day to ask me when we could see each other and to say that he cared about me and thought about me very often. We met up just after Christmas and everything was great! He even said that we had great sexual chemistry, that he cared about me a lot etc, etc. Now, though, he has disappeared on me! I don't know whether something has happened, everything seemed to be going great! I text him yesterday to see how he was and if he was still alive, and he replied and asked when I was next coming out, but then didn't reply to my response! Am I freaking out for no reason?

It isn't a game.

He regards life and his life important. He has principals and is actually quite meditative despite what others might think of his fun-loving persona.

Gemini people are amazing to talk with and be with. I could hang out and talk all day. But there comes a time when Aries are enjoying their day without any distractions or to-dos.

He isn't avoiding you intentionally, it just isn't our thing usually, to be having text message conversations throughout the day. Yeah we flirt and have the occasional conversation, but I wager I am not the only person out there, that find phone calls and text messages and emails and all that to be a big time-suck. Yes I know how important it is, but a day all to myself means just that, all to myself.

Don't sweat it. If you really hate the situation then maybe he isn't right for you.

You both got to be willing to meet half-way if you want a relationship to work out.

Best of luck.

Did you not hear him when he said "From the beginning he was very clear with me that he had a complicated situation as he had come out of a long relationship (with a Scorpio) and wasn't sure yet whether they were going to get back together."

He's not over an old flame and he's still in love with an ex lover.

Not sure why you thought you could have something serious with a guy whose heart is totally tied up with 2 women.

You said:Fine by me as I like to have fun and heavy relationships tend to stress me out.

So stop stressing out...

He's honest with you and yet you still managed to stress out b/c you are 10 steps ahead of yourself, go back to when you said you like having fun and nothing heavy and you'll see it for yourself. You are in heavy relationship mode and stress follows that kind of mindset, try to stick with your original thoughts about why you took him into your life or most likely this heading into you being disappointed and maybe even hurt, you took him on HIS terms when you agreed to stay in his life despite letting you know about his emotional circumstances with other women and his terms is to have fun with you and leave and only come back when he feel like it.

Stop worrying, he'll be back when he's ready for something fun, until then find something else to do.
