Shit! I've started boxing and then straight from boxing I go run 5kms. I can't stop moving. And it's like my body was born for activity. I just don't get stiff! I've done cross fit sessions and the gone straight into another bums and tums class. I feel like a machine sometimes with the amount of physical exertion I'm capable of!On the weekends I wakeboard all day both days and now I want to add squash to the mix too! They're the most intense exercises on the planet and I'm almost doing all three every day!
